Nothing here is new, and nothing here is guessed at. Every piece goes through the same five steps.
1. Into the booth
The garment is hung on a rotating hanger against a plain backdrop with even, neutral light. We photograph the front and the back.
2. Catalogued by AI
The photographs are read by AI, which identifies the make and style, then records brand, colour, material and a written description.
3. Level of love
Condition is graded one to five, five being closest to new. Everything here is preloved, and the grade always comes with a reason.
4. Priced fairly
We look at what comparable pieces sell for in the UK and list at 10% below that average. The estimate is shown on every listing.
5. Bundle and go
Add five or more items and 10% comes off the whole basket. Tell us your size and we suggest pieces that go with what you've picked.
Our photo booth
It is deliberately simple and inexpensive: a motorised 360 turntable with a hanging arm, a seamless backdrop, two softboxes at 45 degrees, and a phone on a tripod with exposure and white balance locked. The whole rig costs roughly £200 to £280 and produces the same result every single time.
